There are no annual fees and no carried interest for Atomic Funds. Advisory fees are paid at close and if the transaction doesn’t close, there is no fee.

For example, when your cumulative platform investing history reaches $250,000, you permanently graduate from the 2.5% bracket. The next $1 you allocate is automatically billed at our 2.00% fee tier, and so on.
